Use of this site
This website provides information about Parity, an accessibility operations platform operated by Contextual Code. By using this site you agree to the terms below.
No legal advice
Content on this site, including resource articles and product copy, describes accessibility operations and software capability. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from your accessibility lead, auditor, or counsel.
No conformance attestation
Parity supports accessibility operations and evidence-based remediation. The marketing site does not — and the Parity product does not — issue WCAG conformance attestations or legal compliance attestations. Final conformance and compliance claims belong to your accessibility lead, auditor, or counsel.
Information accuracy
We aim to keep information about ADA Title II deadlines, WCAG, and procurement pathways accurate and source-cited. Source documents change. Always confirm regulatory and procurement details with authoritative sources before acting.
Third-party links
Links to external sites (such as ADA.gov, W3C, GSA, and cooperative purchasing organizations) are provided for reference. Parity does not control or endorse content on external sites.
Service terms
Terms governing the use of the Parity software product itself are set forth in individual customer agreements, not on this site.
