    No. Parity supports accessibility operations and evidence-based remediation. It does not issue legal compliance attestations or replace expert manual testing. Final conformance claims belong to your accessibility lead, auditor, or counsel.
  • What standards does Parity check?
    Parity uses axe-core to check pages against WCAG 2.1 AA (with WCAG 2.1 AAA available). The WCAG 2.1 AA coverage satisfies Section 508 references in federal procurement and reporting.
  • How does Parity handle PDF accessibility?
    Parity discovers PDFs during the crawl and runs structural heuristics — checking for tagged-PDF markers, document language, and image-alt indicators. This is discovery and triage, not PDF/UA certification.
  • Can web agencies include Parity in proposals?
